AC Elevator understands that quality maintenance is essential in keeping your elevators safe, reliable and code compliant. Our elevator maintenance service utilizes the MCP (Maintenance Control Program) as required by the TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) for every building owner who has one or more elevating devices in their building. In tandem with the MCP program we also perform enhanced maintenance procedures on equipment as required.
The major OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) companies use terms like “systematic” or “regular” maintenance in their contracts, this does not mean they perform maintenance monthly, it can be every three months. AC Elevator performs monthly maintenance. Our technicians are licensed by the TSSA.
